Redirects

Where you land after signing in.

For each role you can set where somebody lands after signing in, signing out and registering. The work goes through the filters WordPress provides for exactly this — login_redirect, logout_redirect and registration_redirect. No wp_redirect() somewhere else, which would silently override what other plugins intend at the same spot.

All seven plugins included in the lifetime deal — every future one too.

Redirects

A target per role after signing in, out and registering

ActiveSettings

What Redirects Offers

Its own target per role
The requested page can keep priority
Also after signing out and registering
Foreign hosts are discarded

Here's how it works

1

Pick a role

2

Enter the target — empty means: no rule

3

Decide on the priority of the requested page

FAQ on redirects

What does “the requested page takes priority” mean?
Whoever was sent into the sign-in from a link lands afterwards where that link pointed — not on the rule’s address. Without this switch the visitor’s click was for nothing.
Can I redirect to an external domain?
No. Addresses to foreign hosts are discarded, and the original target applies again. A path like /my-account is the normal case and always allowed.
Which role applies at registration?
None — at that moment the new user has not picked a role yet. The rule for registration therefore applies to everyone.
