Is every page view recalculated?
No. Only when the post, the word list or the rules have changed. Otherwise the stored result is used.
How big does the table get?
One row per link. With 200 pages at five links each that is a thousand rows — nothing for a database.
What happens when the plugin is switched off?
The links disappear from the output, the text stays untouched. Table and settings remain until you explicitly include them when deleting.
